It is currently disabled. I am setting up the sections, categories, etc.
When it will be enabled, there will be a small contest. the first one to get 100 posts will get 750k rs gp.

And yes, we will IP ban all scammers.
RSGOD and littlefly1 will be admins there.
It will be enough. After, i'll add more moderators and more elite anti-scammers.
