Can someone send me step-by-step instructions to creating a dual-boot or multi-boot CD?

Which OS???

Flames has a good manual for 2000 here (http://\"http://www.geocities.com/the_flames\").

You can also try my site here (http://\"http://www.tech-hints.com\").  I copied the 2000 section and then expanded to XP, NT4 and 9X.

Post any follow up questions here.
Thanks,
