This mage got glitched some how but i was told it is worth around 300k

That is easy. First give the mage the bead for the mage quest, then you just use non attacking spells such as enchant and confuse. And volia a mage with really low health so he dies in 1 hit.

Train range and mage, for health also use a calc to see how many lvls you can lvl up att and str without raising combat
