Title: How come when i boost in safe mode.

I like it that everything is bigger manly for the game runescpae. So i botted windows in safe mode with networking so i could play and everything works fine. I was wondering if it is safe to use windows in safe mode to play the game and if i could get the screen as big not in safe mode.

I wouldn't run in safe mode

Check out your display properties, you can apply the same settings
Right click an empty spot on desktop left click properties
You can adjust Screen resolution under the Settings tab
