ok so i just got a new computer(well new for me, its not a new computer) and the msn messenger will not work in it, i have ninstalled it, reinstalled it, got the lattest version, rolled back to a previous version, none of which seem to work,i the internet is working just fine, and so is aim, and yahoo messenger, but not msn messenger, i can also use the msn web messenger and that works just fine aswell. i made sure my furewall was off, and i dont have a virus protector. any ideas where to go from here?

the same thing happened to me if you get a error code and troubleshoot box come up when u login and you had a new pc double click your clock in bottom right of your screen and change date to the right date..
it sounds stupid but i read a site and i had same problem and it fixed it for me.
