Title: Private Server Advertising Problems

hi im trying advertise my private server on sites like these
http://dodian.com/index.php?page=status (http://\"http://dodian.com/index.php?page=status\")
but for some reason it says im server must be online in order to do this im on my server people can join and the ip works dosn't that make it online please help?

im also using hamachi to run my server
