Title: eBay scammers

Hey, I bought an account on ebay, but the guy that sold it to me used the account recovery questions to get it back after like 10 days. I paid $50 for it. Is there anything I can do to get this guy arrested or something? Theres got to be something I can do. Thanks.

No, cause you were doing somting technaly illegal, you agreed to follow jagexs rules, and you broke them. Well mabye not illegal but you definity not gonna get any help
