Title: Many failed attempts with Imtoo Platinum

I've been looking for help with the registration code on Imtoo Platinum.

Most of the sample programs and help sites don't work.

Years ago there was a tutorial for finding the info needed in a setup file: find the
file, go to the right reg. entry and copy out the number.

Is anyone familiar with that tutorial?


Or else, who has a good reg. for Imtoo DVD Ripper Platinum 4.0.35 build-1214.
Keygen program on the torrent file didn't work either.

Sounds like a leading question more than an answer.


I'll just say this:  In reading the forum here the word
'crack' has appeared in other posts.

I use yasa dvd ripper platinum to rip dvd movie. It works perfectly.

Thanks for answering.


Not familiar with that one, but the job I needed IMToo
specifically for was to convert to AVI for being able
to add chapters.  This is an old post now-- I'm forgetting
the original problem.

After going round and round with answers like the above
(those unhelpful ones with the leading questions) I believe
that the answer was take the original content and save it
in DVDDecrypter as an IFO.  That allowed Nero Express
to open it and add chapters and make the AVI.  Then Nero can
be used in the normal way to burn the disk.


My more pressing question is with regard to (WRT) capturing.

Any tips on using the codecs and such for Virtual Dub?  I'm
trying to use the free codecs to capture from vhs rather than
the PICVideo pay-for ones.

The short version is:  How can I capture with the best
compression for an AVI to Bittorrent?

Any "cracks" talked about here are just for programs that have been legitimately bought and paid for (i.e. you bought windows but don't want to activate it).  Talking about cracking a program so you don't have to pay for it is not allowed here.  If you find others blatantly doing this (i.e. they said they cracked and didn't pay for it) then you may use the report button and I'll deal with it.
