out of all the poisonous snakes... the 400-800-1000 pound crocs' he takes down... a [censored]ing sting ray killed him. theres some irony in that and its a bit funny.. but its very sad...

He was a great man, loving what he did. I watched the show for about 10 years of my life, he was a great guy.
And I think he did not give a bad impression on australia, he was just a man, out to seek adventure i guess, and as he seeked that adventure, he was killed. And i am 100% sure that australia is one of the nicest places in the world. I have been there once with my grandparents before they died. R.I.P Abuelito.... And it was amazing..the wildlife..the scruture of everything there..I never had a chance to actually go meet him, but may he RIP once again.

I would like to know what people from other countrys oppinion is about australia, could a few people send me a Personal message to me with your basic understanding of australia?
Beacuse i am afraid that many people think its all Crocodiles, and rugged desert, but I am australian and I live in a city called Brisbane, not huge but the city comprises of 3.4 Million people, and we have many other large citys. i have travled overseas many times, and people seem to talk "occa" when i tell them i am australian, have i gotten the wrong oppinion, or am i right that outsiders of australia think that its like all dirty and stuff?[/quote]
well i have been to auz 1s been to sydney cains and aires rock i find it a frendly country rather good at sports expecaly cricket rugby and athletics bassicly there like a healthery verson of britain much like many other nations in the comonwealth
