Treasure Trooper allows you to complete offers, do daily surveys, refer friends, and more, to get some cash. There are a whole bunch of non credit card offers, which pay .50 each, but after doing 50 of them, you already have $25. There are also many FREE trials which pay around $10 each.

Anyone in the world can sign up. They send checks to everyone on the 15th-20th of every month that has at least $20 in their account.

They just created this system where for some offers you complete, instead of points, you get coins which you can trade in for:
