how come people like to buy accounts without members rather than with?

a. because person could of brought with creditcard meaning they can recover account without the recoverys

If a account doesn't have recvoerys / bank pin you can recover ther account with the members transaction id you get from jagex when you buy a months membership

well on like some threads i've seen ppl saying like "i'll buy when membership is over.." what would be the point of that?
