I've been having some issues lately with my Hard Drive lately. The model is a Quantum FireballLP 15.
Whenever I boot up the computer, In the initial phase, where all the hardware is being detected, my Hard Drive
appears as Quantum Fireball LP and that's it; no 15. I have to reset it (either with Ctrl + Alt + Del, or by
pressint the reset button) several times before it is displayed properly. And If I boot the computer all the way
without it being properly displayed, then it doesn't detect that Hard Drive and I don't have access to it. I'm
currently runiàning the system off of my other HD, WD64AA, which works fine, except for the fact that it only
has 6 GBs on it whereas the other one can hold 14GB. (Remember, this is a Celeron, and its old and the
Quantum FireballLP 15 is the HD that originally came with the computer, so maybe thats why its failing me
now...) I wish I could just buy a new HD, but then I want a newer Computer too, so....

Whatever, someone just confirm for me what I've been dreading for a while, and i'll be satisfied. And I want to
make sure it's not an issue of there being something wrong with the double cable that connects my HDs to the
motherboard...
/sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':(\' /> that would suck.

Alright, so you know how I said it was
QUANTUM FIREBALLLP 15?
Well it's really QUANTUM FIREBALL LM15.
And when the thing loads up wrong, who knows what can happen, but I seem to have Isolated the problem, I need to get a New Dual IDE cable, thing is, I want it fast, and not for 50 bucks. Call me cheap, whatever, anyone know where I can get that?
