Title: List of Elites needs updating

There are a lot of unactive elites, i suggest removing some... because the list is massive, such as mattman18, b a l a n c e, Evil Shady and as for Zspec32 i dont know, but maybe he should be replaced as vice president, he hasnt been on for a long time...

they will reamain elites
