Title: WinXP dial up redial problem

I have a problem which really annoys me... Dial up and it\'s redial option. Why does it steal focus from other windows? How do I turn it off... It really anoyys when I\'m working and let my modem dials a connection, and if it\'s busy, redial makes itself an active window... anyone has a cure for it?
