Title: Enable Advanced Volume Controls
Post by: Arthur on March 18, 2002, 08:46:20 AM
hello.
i recently upgraded my OS to Win2K and after installing the OEM software for my SB PCI 64V soundcard, i found that the \"advanced volume controls\" in Window\'s volume control is greyed out -- not able to be displayed.  I know that in windows 98 i was able to tweak some .ini file so that i could enable the advanced audio options (control bass and treble outputs) but does anyone know how i can do that for win2k?  is there an .inf or .ini file in windows i can change, or even change regedit?  thanks for your help.
