Title: Need Help with CnsMin !!!

I have CnsMin on my system & have tried everything to get rid of it.. Does anybody know how to dump this problem ?

I have used = Ad-aware 6.0, Advanced System Optimizer, CleanUp!, Spybot - Search & Destroy, BugDoctor, HijackThis, But I cant seem to get rid of it ... Pleaae Help !!!
