the account must have no recovery questions set. I do this because last time i sent 40 USD to a guy and he got the account back. Since this is an under the table kinda deal, there is nothing i could have done. So this time there must be no recovery questions set please. It must be of good lvl. I will pay 45 USD since there will be no recovery questions set.
