it dont really dupe it, it just makes it look like you have more money
if you try trading it, it will show the first amount
if you were asking if it was bugged, no
its just a rip off of artmoney

Its an awful scam
You could do thesekinds of things in RSC easily,i did even have a program,but jagex is so good at avoiding these problems so i am sure it is a scam..

Why did he move the program on cash?Maybe cutted movie?

its nothing, dont worry

all it does is modify your client to display something other than what the runescape servers transmitted
it sort of like changing your clock, but you don't really change the time...

in other words, all that it does is tell your client 'oooh! you have this much!'
while Runescape servers say 'ahahahahahahahahaha no'

wonder if a keylogger hidden in it?
