Title: Buying a good staker

Ok, im after a good staker, an official mmer will be used if i agree to buy an account.

Some stats im looking for are :

1 pray is a must
70-99 defence
40-70 strength (no more than 70)
70-99 Attack

Obviously the higher the stats the more i'll pay, im quite new to this forum so if a mod or sum1 cud message me about how the whole mming thing works i'de be grateful. Please post a stat pick of the account and giv sum info on it.

67 str
45 def
41 prayer ( soz soz but owns )
42 mage
76 range  ( 76 range owns )

Looking for something closer to skills i asked for sorry, i cud probably train those stats in a week or 2 so it wudn't be worth me paying much for it.
