He was banned again because he is not welcome here.  Zero-tolerance does not mean go ahead and sign up with three more accounts (he only started posting with one, but there were two other accounts he signed up for).  Had he been smart, he'd just lay low and not draw attention to himself.  But he wasn't, so now he's ip banned and I'm going to be watching new accounts closer than usual.
