Title: BEST PCI VIDEO CARD?

What is the best video card for a PCI desktop? or a PCMCIA Video card for a laptop? Don't be confused I have 2 computers and would like to know a real good item. I had the WinTV personal video recorder from by Hauppauge, but was not happy with this. If you paused while recording and then go back it would leave a blank gap on your recorded file. Also it had only S-vido In. Maybe someone knows a good reasonable unit with a video-out.  /rolleyes.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':rolleyes:\' />

well i have a ati radeon 9550 which is kinda top of the line for 130 dollars and is works awesome
