Title: WinMe OEM to Retail

Hi everyone,
I hope this isnt posted twice, I am new to this forum and not sure if i missed up on the post the first time.  I know you can change an OEM version of Windows ME to the retail, and visa-versa, but how.  I\'m also interested in how you do this in the other versions of Windows, but WinMe is my main interest right now.  I appreciate any help.  Thanks!
