Title: Photo Impact 7 and XP Boot Screens

I have Ulead Photo Impact 7 and do not have Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro...

How would i go about editing the boot screens for WinXP with PI??

or do I HAVE to have Adobe and/or Jasc\'s Products??

Did you have to use Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7?
