He messaged me asking for a recommendation, but I really have no idea what type of person he is.  From the looks of his sig, he seems reliable and experienced.  However, I want to see what others have to say.

same, but he's been going around on lots of sites asking to be elite or mod, like rs2mm and hostile, but like xtreme said i also havent heard much feedback about him

Well I decided to give myself time to see people's characters and such so I won't be recommending people too quickly.  For those that said no, any particular reasons as to why?

I say no for time being, my reasons:

 1) Haven't Really Known him or seen him around
 2) Haven't seen much people reccomend him
 3) i think he is quite new

I chat with em on Msn and i haven't heard feedback of him scamming. and i became and elite with only 5 transactions.

 Well that was TTG in them days, for example Zspec being one of the most trusted members with several transactions. and i never became a Elite until i had at least 25+ MM transactions and 30+ Normal Transactions.

I didn't become elite untill i had like 26mm with one being a lvl 107 and 20mil

And I have never had a single transaction, though I suppose that could make me even more trusted because I never intend to buy/sell runescape money, characters or member pins.

Just a guess here, but if you were going to MM, knowing it's against the rules, wouldn't you want to use a spare account and not your main?  And perhaps even access it through a proxy (so the ip won't be traced to your account)?

he asked me, i said no because all his transactions are small trades, and he has only 3 mms.... his biggest trade is 3m

is there anyway you can run a ip on him, theres no way he wold pick the name 'ttg junkie' if this is his first account. i think hes just getting some trust to get elite, then hes gonna scam.

TTG Junkie Does not have a brother. Secend he just scammed a pbp pin and hi is going to try to recover the lvl 80 he sold for 4 mil. He is a scammer. Once a scammer always scammer. Ban his ass please.

CAUTION: He is back with new internet so his ip address will be different. But i do know he made the account of school. Also I have no proof. And he would not tell me the account name since i reported him before. He called me an ass. That don't bother me. It just bothers me that he will be able to be here and maybe ultimately scam again.

at least 10 mil on blackball and 5 mill on junkie. It might not seem like alot to you but think about ther persons he scammed
