Second install and open the software hit region and select fixed pan hit select and select the size you want to be recorded
Third press record view the pause and stop buttons change them if you like then check pause before recording starts(or else you will get the cursor in your video) then hit record and press the record/pause key you set when ready to record
Forth when you want to stop press the stop key you set and it replays what you recorded unless set otherwise
Fifth download avi-gif converter (http://\"http://file-converters.com/avigifset.exe\") install and open
Sixth open your AVI file you just made and convert to gif and save, upload, and post
(if you want me to make the background transparent send me the image and i will do the best i can)
