Title: Runescape --- Encounters Problem, Sorry For Inconvienience

When i go to load Runescape.com, i get errors about that it needs to close.


I went to install Java, like people said, but that doesn't work. It comes up with hs_error_pid#### on my desktop...It's ALWAYS new errors...I got aobut 300 on my desktop right now from trying to play...I don't know what to do, i tried downloading everything like updates , SP2, all that [censored]...Let me know if anyone had this problem and fixed...Im tired of giving Jagex $8 a month for no game-play

I don't play runescape, but let's just take a closer look please
From my signature below, download and save too a permanent folder of it's own onto your harddrive
Hijackthis 1.99.1
Open Hijackthis.exe

Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log  here
This will help rule out malware

Also
Close Hijackthis and then reopen it
Supply an uninstall list from Hijackthis
Open Hijackthis>>Open MISC TOOLS SECTION>>Open UNINSTALL MANAGER
Click the SAVE LIST... button
Save the list to your desktop then copy>>Paste back here the Whole contents

Not to make you mad questolo just offering a few suggestions.

Ok a few questions for you. This might of happened to me before.
Is it just the website runescape.com or is it the game?
Are you using firefox. If so try internet explorer. Firefox does not run runescape very well.
If it is friefox and it is the game it self. Try running other things that require java. One time i had a bug in firefox and it didn't run any website that required java. Once the applet started loading firefox just closed.
Also did you try download swift switch or the rune hq world switcher?

No problems pureblood, I'm not a Runescape user
So any help is appreciated
I just wanted to make sure that there is no malware and that the latest version of Java is installed properly

The logs I asked for would be useful for that

Pureblood - I dont use firefox but i tried it. Tried IE, FF, SS, the RS Client, and AOL Explorer. NOTHING WORKS....


I'll try to get the hijackthis.

Please post the High jack this log for questolo. Also. You never answered me if it was the game it self or the whole website.

Sorry about that, it sometimes gets errors on Website also...Trying to get the log.
