I'm not sure, on W.E red-alert got banned and a guy with exactly the same avatar joined but it turned out they were differant when we did an ip test. So this will also require an IP test

You know there is a list of avatars to chose from already preprogrammed on this site. Having the same avatar means nothing

Well also in his sig it says xicor gave him a free lvl 93 i don't see that happening.

The IP test will reveal... xicors avatar isnt one of the ones programmed into the board btw
