Title: ###### i can't get on Tech Clinic it says some error.

here is what it says:There appears to be an error with the database.
              You can try to refresh the page by clicking here (http://\"http://java%20script:window.location=window.location;\").             

mySQL query error: SELECT * FROM ibf_topics t WHERE t.forum_id=4 AND t.pinned IN (0,1) and t.approved=1 ORDER BY t.pinned DESC,  t.last_post DESC LIMIT 0,20

SQL error: Can't create/write to file '/tmp/MYvSihRF' (Errcode: 13)

Ips drive error.

Just making sure you know about it and if it just me?
 
I need in  there to ask why my it says my CPU usuage is at 100% and not moving any where.

Still having a few growing pains with the new server.  I secured /tmp, but didn't make it world-writable.  That was fixed a day or two ago.
