upload it on imageshack and use the top link that starts like  [IMG], make sure they are capitals!, then go onto my controls, go into edit sig and paste the link there (http://imageshack.us)

Didn't you say that you wanted a video? If so upload the video on you tube. Or find a video you want on there. and put the link in your saig
