Title: Any way to lock taskbar in Win2000?

I know in WinXP there is an option to lock the taskbar so it won\'t get moved by accident. I searched yahoo and tried the registry hack that I found in the 1st search result but it didn\'t work. Is it possible to enable that in Win2000? Thanks in advance.
