nobody will give u an rsc account for just a lvl 60? i mean cmon almost everyone who played rsc used there old account name for rs2 and have made it a very good account.... so a lvl 60 will not do for an rsc account

i just want a rsc account i mean it can be level 3 and doesnt even have to have members as long as its been used in the last 6 months
