I am spending 250k on a low lvl attack / str pure

If its a attack/strength pure i want:
30+ attack
30+ strength
1 defence
1 prayer
1 mage
any range lvl

If its a range pure i want:
1 att
1 str
1 def
1 pray
1 mage
40+ range

NO RECOVS AND NO BANK PIN ARE MUST HAVES.
