Uh thats not exactly proof, you need to show more of the convo...

For example:

person 1:  So you wanna buy the account?
person 1:  so your gonna hack me?
person 2 (answering 1st question):  yea

Just post the whole convo and not just pieces of it, I don't believe that you have presented a substantial amount of evidence to reach a conclusion on the situation.
