I think he should be, he is new here but he also has been on a lot of other forums (and is trusted on them) has recommendations from Xtreme and Hybryd (I still think his recommendations should count) and hasn't shown any signs of scamming.

in my opinon give him a few days or week

He did make a good guide but pro edge just added to his about how people should make a group call elites and offical mmers in there msn so fakes can't add and now that is gone i dont think many people would of got to read that.

i talked to him on msn and told him he should wait a few weeks it wouldent really b fair to other new members
i think we should review his situation in a week or so

what if it's an imposter of the person from other sites and he just said he is  on thos sites he has no proof does he?

Well I know that he is the one from RS2MM (when I first joined he asked for a conformation PM from me on TTG)

I'm not too sure, i can't remember who it was exactly.  But they copy + pasted (So cant be 100% sure its true) a conversation with NaCoTIX about him making a site to gain trust and make money by advertising on the site then a month down the line scam someone.  That is why i refusing to make him a MOD on RS2MM.  

But i did not ban because i did not have 100% proof this is true.

Here has been askin me alot on msn (like evey day) to give him money to start a web site. i tell him eveytime im not interested, but he will continue to ask. i will say no at this point, simply because hes new, and i dont personally trust him. i mean, EVERY time im on msn he goes "hey can u lend me 2m, or 10$ to start a site? you can b co admin"

He seams kinda fishy over here like he was trying to find an extra forum to scam at and keap his rep and respect at his other forums.

Yes i have quit rs for on average 4-6 months, Why? Because it got boring made 2 lvl 126 accounts and loads of pures.

I really don't think he has made 2 lvl 126's and now trying to buy a staker/main account (just to fishy)....He would of made his own pure if he really was good enough to make 2 lvl 126's. Also he said that he made loads of pures so why is he trying to buy another?

Also he is trying to become elite status to soon here meaning that maybe he is wanting to scam.  /dry.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'<_<\' />

If he is asking for 2m when he has made 2 lvl 126 accounts then he is a scammer. lol

Ok so No he will not be an elite for many reasons. 1. the reason littlefly gave us, 2. he has not been on TTG long enough.
