Title: Looking to buy ANY lv acc that is old enough to have RSC.

Yeah I know in order to be able to use RSC it needs members. If anyone has one that would be interested, post here please. Would be willing to pay 3m+ depending on the lv RS2-RSC. (Y)

I will need pics, of the person having an RSC acc on their acc already. I know that may be difficult, but would be willing to wait til the members ran out.
