New server, different software, then ipb came out with a new board...it's been put on the backburner.  Now I can still have it forwarded to a gmail account, that's what I do with mine actually.  It's no problem to setup a forwarder.

ACtually making a Gmail account is easy. I have 5 i think no well 4. One for personal use, one for junk, one for TTG, and made one to get on at school.

You can thank our wonderful spammy friends from getting hotmail and yahoo banned.  It's probably only a matter of time until gmail is banned too, hopefully that'll be a long ways off.

Don't worry, even when an email provider is banned, it doesn't do anything to your current account here.  You just can't sign up with a new account with one of those email addresses, or change your current account's email address to something that's been banned.

This might sound dumb but do you ban it or do microsoft and yahoo ban it?

I banned those email addresses because people were constantly signing up for new accounts, using a proxy, and spamming the forums.  So if they can't easily get new disposable email accounts, they'll stop signing up bogus accounts just to spam.
