Ok ehre we go , Open the runescape window and log in then go look at ur stats and press : prt scr
                                                                                                                                    sys rq
Then go to paint and go paste then blackmark some things and save it then go to www.imageshack.us and give and upload at 640x800 then psot the link get it?
