Please can someone tell me who the person with the signature that has an img file that says "congratualtion you have achived 99 lovemaking" or something/

I really want to send it to a friend because I have told them about it and they really wanna see it. =]

I have never seen that sig but I did see a banner with 99 pimping and it had a guy with a Afro
It would not be so hard to make a new one. I want to redo the pimping one so it says some thing like

"Congratulations you have advanced a pimping level
Your pimping level is 99 you can now shag the Queen."
and/or
"You can now pimp all the Queen’s maids." Or some thing like that>(not that i would use it but it would be funny as hell) would pay to have it made even...
I paid 400k just for my <Heart Unit user bar>so yeah
We could get like 10 people that like the idea to pay 100k each and pay a million gp to the best Pimping or love making sig. We could make it a contest.
