Title: Laptop Screen Blanks out!!

Hi,

My Sony Vaio VGN-FS742/W laptop screen blanks out alot! Sometimes it turns into wierd colors like purple or this tan color. does anyone else have this problem? i had this laptop for about a year. is there any way to fix this??

Do you still have your warrent?
It might be lag or dead pixels.
TRY and run full spy sweeper sweep (it usally helps sometimes)
Then Reboot it and if it still does it.
I think your gonna need new 1.

when you close a laptop the lid of the laptop touches on a little piece of plastic which blanks out the sreen maybe that is stuck in anyway, it should be located just below the screen on the keyboard half of the laptop on the right.
