Title: my Task Manager is greyed out and not functioning

my Task Manager is greyed out and not functioning, In the past I had a registry fix that reenabled it, but I cant remember where I got it. If anyone knows, I would thank you to post a link to the download.

You need more than just a quick registry fix  /blink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':blink:\' />
why don't you look at my recommendations in your other post you started
