70+ range
70+mage
52+ prayer

1k-2.5k rune arrows
runes for the highest spell you can cast
good food
armor and a weapon

will do for 800k

Firecapeing should be illegal on this forum unless they are an elite-anti-scammer. I aint going to firecape ever. But most people just scam when they do
