I bought someones account one day and he went first and gave me all info like zip code, email, first pass, Credit Card info, and prevous stuff and i made sure it was the correct info by going to "someone knows my recovs" and it worked and i did it like 3 times to make sure. A weak later he recovs the account and i plug in the info and it doesnt recover it for me..... WTF! IMPOSSABLE!
Can someone please tell me how he did this.

high chances that he canceled membership and changed recovs making it much harder to recov

Very same thing has happened to me. The problem is he probably added an extra paybay phone, or changed the recovs one too many times. IP differences aswell, If you recover it from another IP more than 3 times from a different IP it usually declines

So your saying if i buy a account and recover 4 times and make it members then it will be hard for him to recover?
