Title: How not to get scammed by Paypal Chargeback
Post by: Loveme on November 13, 2006, 02:30:12 PM
Hey, this is just a short-guide inwhich is a safe method of purchasing with paypal without the person using chargeback.

When the person has paid you the money and you have recieved the cash into your paypal account tell him to open a dispute then close it, then give him the goods. In paypal you can only have one dispute per item, so with this way they will not be able to chargeback. I suggest most people use it if you 100% don't want to get scammed.

Enjoy,

Loveme.

if you spend the money and they chargeback you.. you will have negative funds in your paypal and the person you send it 2 will have a chargeback done to them. and when they get money back after dispute thats cause they tell paypal some1 else was on account

When I suspect something is up, I just spend all the cash then close the account, before they can even file.

Paypal is still too risky, although I've heard that this method works...I'm still not risking it.

Everyone should just start using moneybookers, its on ebay's recommended payment methods.

Its like e-gold, can't chargeback, but e-gold isn't recommended by ebay.
