yes i was macroing but so what?! its nor the worst ive seen runescapers do. jeez. what about those yew cutters that chop 100k yews a day and sell it online?! come on auto casting cammy tele 2k times is not that bad....stupid jagex....

That happened to me before, except I actually was macroing, and I was temp banned.

LOL, thats why you record your own macro. You need to do it yourself like 5 times, so it doesnt repeat the same step over and over again. Once they catch it being hit the same exact millisecond multiple times, they know its macroing. So if you have it record yourself doing it 5 times then repeating,  you wont get caught.
