Ok, he was buying my rune pure for 1m, when there was no mm online so i asked if we could use shamrock, for trust. He agreed and we proceed... Later on he decides he dosnt want shamrock and does this..

Well decide for your self, Is he scammer or isnt he?

ALSO. im sorry but i dont know that 'toon army' person, could you please tell me who he is.

very true, he refused to give me the money he was paying for the account with, and refused to tell me his TTG name, i have a group convo of all 3 of us if needed
