I'm getting my attack level too 70 and people are telling me i need 85 slayer and do a quest but other websites say i just need 70 attack.  Could someone tell me the requirement to be able to use the abysal whip ty so much

85 slayer is if you want to kill an abyssal demon to get the drop yourself. But you can buy one off players and only need 70 attack.

You only need 70 att if you get 70 str it wont work you need 70 att not 70 att or str 70 att only.

so puppy chow will these stats work 70 att 60 str and 57 defence?
