Title: video/picture program

I've seen this program on all of the CSI programs.  Where you can find an area of a video or picture, click on it, then it will be drawn to the foreground and focused perfectly.  If they have it being used on these programs, it must be a program that is out there.  Does anyone have an idea of what it is??

i doubt you will find one, programs like that id of thought would be only provided for ..the police,important people.
and i dont think you will find it downloadable for free.hmm
i have seen 1 program like that on: download.ir
millions of top programs completely free.

Basically what I need, is a program to take an image from the background and focus it perfectly in the foreground.  I have a bunch of really old photos and am looking at checking out specific detail in the background to a clearer resolution in the foreground.  A name of a program would be extremely helpful.

same lol but i thought if it was available to you it'd be at a cost a quite expensive cost lol
