Hi,
I have a huge problem. Uninstalling a Logon screen changing program totally erased SHLWAPI.DLL which is essential to login into WinXP Pro. Needless to say, I can\'t login to WinXP without getting an error message saying \"Can\'t log in because of missing file\" and reboots automatically. I do have a Home version of that file on a floppy disk, though, so is there any way I can get to a command prompt through BIOS or at least before XP starts, without having to log in to XP? Keep in mind I need to access the C: drive to do this. Thanks so much.
