ok i am currently in the market for a new gaming PC. Price range is 1000-1500 AUD. Anyone here have sum suggestion what setups i should go for? Graphics card, processer, motherboard etc. Or know any good sites where i can easily build a good gaming PC with basic knowledge. Post here thanks.

well, if i was ud id get a at least 500mb ram and an AMD processor
with a like..256mb graphics card, and sum fairly fast fans lol

I would recommend more than 512mb of ram, most games now recommend at least 1 gig. CompUSA is having specials on HP media center pcs not too bad of a deal. Like 1000$ for 2 x p4 3.0 ghz processors, 2gb ram, 300 gb Harddrive, a 256mb geforce 7300 gfx card and other stuff

i'd suggest getting an alienware computer, they are more expensive but are the best gaming computers. you can build one on their website at alienware.com

i would recommend the DELL INSPIRON 6400 and ugrae it with Gamescard. I got 1 its 1gb Ram, GamesCard, and 60gb Memory, worth £900 but you can get from ebay for £500
