Title: what does "warn:(0%) . . . . " mean?

When I look at my posts, it lists my name, "Newbie," then below that it says:
"warn: (0%) . . . . . "  (The dots are squares.)
Can someone tell me what this means?

ow i see, i think warn: = warning
0%-100% means how many warning you got and how high they count

elites can put warns on u if u click on the (0%) it says there are no notes saved in here if the warning lvl is ever up on anyone ur buying from just check the notes
